MozoAITerms of Use
1. The agreement
MozoAI is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). These Terms add to it. By using MozoAI you agree to both. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
- MozoAI Pro is offered as a weekly auto-renewable subscription, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. Acceptable use
MozoAI generates images with Stable Diffusion models licensed under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M and Open RAIL++-M licences. Those licences require every user to follow their use restrictions, and so do we. You agree not to use MozoAI:
- in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- for the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- to provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
- to generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud or crime;
- to create sexual content, content depicting real people in a sexual or degrading way, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
MozoAI includes an on-device prompt filter and image safety checker. They reduce, but cannot fully prevent, unwanted output.
4. Your images
Images you create are yours, to the extent the law allows. We claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it, including making sure it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. AI-generated images may resemble existing works or people by chance.
5. Models and third-party components
The models in MozoAI are provided by third parties under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings › Third-Party Notices. They are provided "as is". Their licensors make no warranties and accept no liability.
6. Disclaimer and liability
MozoAI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, quality or suitability of generated images, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
